We met behind the Riviera Hotel at 9:30am. Brian had his own kayak & the other 5 paddlers used our club kayaks. It was great to have Peter Pugliese back with us for a social paddle. The car park at Balnarring Beach was well laid out. It had a toilet block, seats, tables & shelter shed. We quickly launched & headed into the wind to the rocky point. After turning we paddled the entire length of the beach. Yachts were being launched for racing & a wedding was happening at the yacht club. After a long, bumpy paddle we returned with wet bottoms. It was an inspiring & invigorating Western Port Bay paddle. Thanks to Carol & Tony for their help. Sandwiches, cakes & cool drinks were, much appreciated. Thanks Dennis
